This policy explains what information Insight Studios Productions, LLC ("we," "us") collects on our free social media audit pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a free audit, we ask for:
- Your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your role in the business
- Whether you agree to receive text messages from us
- Your business or practice name, website, city, and the social media account you want reviewed
- General information about your business, such as its type, size, approximate revenue range, marketing spend range, and your goals for social media
If you book a call, our scheduling tool also collects the details you enter there.
Please don't include patient or personal health information in the form. We don't need it to prepare an audit.
Information collected automatically
- How you found the page, such as the ad or link you clicked (tracking tags in the link, referring website, and ad click identifiers)
- Actions on the page, such as playing the video, starting the form, and submitting it
- Basic device and browser information collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel
- Aggregate visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies
How we use it
- To review your request and prepare your audit
- To contact you about your audit, schedule a call, and send resources you requested
- To tell you about our services, which you can opt out of at any time
- To measure and improve our website and advertising
Text messages
If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Insight Studios Productions about your audit and related services at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't required to request an audit.
We don't sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service provider we use to send the messages.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run these pages and our business:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): stores your request, sends emails, and runs our scheduling calendar
- Meta: measures how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. We don't send Meta your name, email, or form answers.
- YouTube (Google): plays our video. It only loads when you press play.
- Cloudflare: hosts these pages and provides visit statistics
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing gabriel@insightstudiosllc.com.
- You can limit ad tracking through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and your browser's cookie settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections on these pages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
These pages are intended for business owners and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
